Unless otherwise specified for custom orders, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all goods, provided they are returned to us in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure the items are accompanied by the receipt from Loyes Diamonds.

For returns made after the 14-day period, but within 30 days of delivery, we may allow for an exchange instead of a refund. Before returning any items, please reach out to us via email at info@loyesdiamonds.ie or call us at +353 87 8700295.

After receiving confirmation of acceptance, returns can be made in person at our Dublin City location at 21 Wicklow Street, Suite 5, Dublin 2.

Some of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is in addition to your statutory rights regarding faulty or misrepresented items. If you believe a product is defective or not as described, you must inform us immediately upon discovering the issue, either by emailing info@loyesdiamonds.ie or calling +353 87 9700295.

The manufacturer’s warranty terms will determine the available options for any defects. As many warranties have time constraints, it is crucial that you notify us as soon as possible. If the item is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will return the product for assessment. The manufacturer will determine if the item is faulty, and we will notify you in writing of their decision, including any refund amount and the expected payment date.

When returning items via post or courier, we strongly recommend using a “signed-for” service to ensure delivery proof and insurance coverage for the goods during transit. We are not liable for any items that are lost while being returned. Alternatively, you can bring the goods, along with the proof of purchase, directly to our store at 21 Wicklow Street, Suite 5, Dublin 2.

Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
